Two controlled environment inspection and calibration areas are dedicated to quality assurance functions. Our full complement of inspection and test personnel provide over 170 man-years of combined experience and training in the latest methodologies. Certifications include CQE, CQT, ASNT levels 1 & 2, and AWS Certified Welding Inspector. As a partner in the customer’s delivery commitments, production machining is scheduled and managed following rigorous ISO9000 quality assurance practices, and where applicable, exacting Cpk standards, fully compliant GAMP, NQA-1 and FDA standards.
